Registration of events for the 12th edition of Global Entrepreneurship Week is underway. The week will begin on 18 November 2019. Over the course of one week, various meetings dedicated to entrepreneurship in the broadest sense will take place across Poland. Several hundred events have already been registered for this year’s edition.
The current database of all events organized as part of the 12th edition of Global Entrepreneurship Week is available on the website www.tydzienprzedsiebiorczosci.pl. Among the topics, you can find, among others: effective e-marketing, ways of foreign expansion, or the challenges of working as a freelancer. There will also be no shortage of soft skills training, for example in the art of persuasion.
The events are aimed at everyone interested in entrepreneurship, regardless of age and experience.
“Event registration is still open. We invite you to visit the website www.tydzienprzedsiebiorczosci.pl, where, using the Konfeo platform, you can register your event and check what interesting things are happening this year as part of the Week in your area,” says Michał Pawłowski, President of the Global Entrepreneurship Week Foundation.
And as it turns out, a lot is happening. The events are not only for entrepreneurs. The organizers have also taken care to activate the unemployed, for whom exercises in creating the perfect CV have been prepared. The database also includes entrepreneurial workshops for students who will only take their first steps in the world of business in a few years’ time.
For those who already run their own companies, we recommend taking a look at events focused on strategy development or team management.
Previous editions of Global Entrepreneurship Week have shown that Poles want to and know how to talk about business.
“In 2018, as many as 112,000 people took part in over 1,300 events. Regional coordinators mobilized over 900 partners and thus contributed to this spectacular success,” explains Agata Kochalska-Leś, Vice President of the Foundation’s Board.
It will be no different this year. In November, together we will show that in today’s times there are fewer and fewer obstacles to taking the first steps in business, and diversity is a huge asset of modern initiatives.
“Business Without Barriers is a very topical issue, which is evident from the number of reported events. It can be noticed that we are paying more and more attention to ensuring that our business operates in an eco-friendly spirit. There are also many events that help combat digital exclusion,” says Dominika Nakielska, Vice President of the Board of the Global Entrepreneurship Week Foundation.
