Radom’s Economy – 2025 Summary

February 1, 2026 by EJ

The year 2025 was a period of further development of industrial investments and strengthening of the city’s economic potential for Radom.

In the past year, both new investment projects and the expansion of existing production plants were implemented.

Development of Industrial Investments in Radom

New production plants were completed:

  • EGELHOF Group, an international manufacturer of control elements and components (including for the automotive and air-conditioning industries),
  • LBS Manufacturing, which specializes in precision machining, CNC milling, turning, and drilling;
  • Fabryka Broni „Łucznik – Radom” sp. z o.o., which expanded its real estate by over 3,500 m² of a newly built hall;
  • Dürr Poland sp. z o.o., which put into use a new production and warehouse hall.

In addition, the company Azan – a distributor of pet food and accessories – opened its headquarters in BI Park.

New Investment Support Decisions

One of the important forms of support for entrepreneurs operating in Radom is the decision on support from the special economic zone, which allows companies to obtain an exemption from income tax (CIT or PIT) for a specified period in exchange for implementing a new investment.

In 2025, the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone issued 5 new decisions on support for investments carried out in Radom:
– GGG sp. z o.o.
– New Trendy sp. z o.o.
– Egelhof Poland sp. z o.o.
– ALMECH 2 s.c.
– JKALUMINIUM sp. z o.o.

Economic Situation and the Labour Market in Radom

For several years, Radom has maintained an upward trend in the number of economic entities registered in the business activity registers, which confirms sustained entrepreneurial activity.

The labour market situation in 2025 remained relatively stable. In the first half of the year, the unemployment rate showed a downward trend. The increase in the number of people registered as unemployed in July may have been related to systemic changes resulting from the entry into force of new regulations concerning the labour market and the rules for registering the unemployed.

The implemented investments and the growing number of enterprises confirm that Radom remains an attractive location for the development of economic activity and production investments.
