On 28-29 October this year, the first workshops in Radom titled “Lean Management – Industry of the Future in Mazovia” were held. The participants were owners and managers of companies. The aim of the event was to familiarize participants with the principles of Lean Manufacturing philosophy and process management, which has a significant impact on improving production efficiency, production cycles and individual operations, as well as faster customer service.
The first day of the training took place at Stalgast Radom Sp. z o.o., a company that serves as an example of the successful implementation and functioning of Lean philosophy. On the second day of the workshops, participants met at the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Technology and Exploitation.
Representatives of over 30 Radom companies took part in the meeting. The organizer of the workshops was the Radom Land Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
The event was organized with financial support from the Marshal’s Office of the Mazovian Voivodeship. The partners of the event were: the City of Radom Office, the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Technology and Exploitation, and Stalgast Radom Sp. z o.o.
