On 18 November in Radom, at the La Melisa restaurant at 22A Mieszka I Street, free workshops will be held where qualified trainers will teach creative thinking and creating innovative solutions. They will be organized and financed by: Polski Fundusz Rozwoju (PFR), Google and the Radom Economic Zone Service Office – Radom City Hall.
The programme aims to support the development of the innovation ecosystem in our country by creating and developing soft skills, especially among young people who are still studying or are just entering the labour market.
PFR Innovation Designers – who is the programme for?
The main criteria for participation are the willingness to develop and work on current and future ideas. The upcoming workshops will take place on 18 November in Radom at the La Melisa restaurant, 22A Mieszka I Street.
During the workshops, participants will be able to learn, among other things, the design thinking method. As the organizers explain, design thinking is a structured process for developing an idea from the initial concept to the creation of a prototype.
During the workshops, trainers will show how to identify real user problems, create radically innovative solutions and test the developed concepts of products and services. Google wants not only to share its experience and methods used in creating innovative solutions and technologies, but also to show how to apply this methodology in practice.
In the first edition of “PFR Innovation Designers”, nearly 1,300 people took part in the workshops. Many of them created prototypes of their products, which they plan to introduce to the market in the future, and as many as 9% of the participants founded their own startup.
