Will artificial intelligence revolutionize the way business is conducted and change the job market? This question is appearing more and more often among entrepreneurs and managers who are observing the dynamic development of new technologies. The role of artificial intelligence in the economy was discussed during a business meeting organized on March 10, 2026, by the Business Centre Club – Radom Chapter in cooperation with the City of Radom.

The event titled “Technology in the Hands of Leaders. AI – The Revolution That Changes Business and the Job Market” gathered representatives of the local business community and experts who shared their knowledge and experience on the use of artificial intelligence in modern enterprises.

AI Requires a Strategy

One of the main speakers was Maciej Kawecki – a popularizer of new technologies and creator of the technology channel “This is IT”.

During his presentation, he presented the results of a report on the implementation of artificial intelligence in Polish companies.

The expert pointed out the most common mistakes made by organizations when implementing AI-based solutions. He emphasized above all the importance of a strategic approach to technological transformation.

As he noted, artificial intelligence is currently changing many areas of company operations – from data analysis to customer service. However, for it to bring real business benefits, it must be implemented consciously and in connection with the processes functioning in the enterprise.

Practical Applications of the Technology

The second presentation was delivered by Artur Gregorczyk – a Radom entrepreneur, owner of Artex IT and the 127AI startup.

The speaker presented specific examples of the use of artificial intelligence in business – from data analysis to the automation of operational processes in companies. He also drew attention to the growing importance of digital competencies and the need to prepare employees to work in an environment increasingly based on new technologies.

Discussion on the Future of the Job Market

The Radom Chapter BCC meeting also became a space for discussion about the future of the job market in the context of artificial intelligence development. Participants of the event emphasized that AI is already a real tool supporting the activities of enterprises.

At the same time, experts pointed out that the effective use of new technologies requires not only investment in IT solutions, but also organizational changes in companies and the development of employees’ competencies.
