35 Years of Humansoft – Radom-Based Tech Company Strengthens Its Position on the Polish IT Market

Operating in Radom for 35 years, Humansoft is today among Poland’s respected producers of business software. The IT systems developed here support manufacturing, trade, and service companies across the country – and the company’s anniversary is further proof that advanced technologies can thrive successfully outside the largest business hubs as well.

Three decades of growth alongside the Polish economy

The company began operating in Radom in the early 1990s, when Polish businesses were only just discovering the possibilities technology offered for management. Since then, business needs have changed fundamentally – digital transformation, the growth of e-commerce, and the increasing importance of data have led companies to expect ever more comprehensive tools. Humansoft’s answer is a coherent ecosystem of solutions spanning ERP and WMS systems, e-commerce tools, and Business Intelligence analytics, supporting key areas of enterprise operations: production, logistics, sales, finance, and data analysis. The flagship product remains the HermesSQL ERP system, aimed at medium-sized enterprises.

A team and clients rooted in the region

Over all these years of operation, the company has built up expertise, a team of specialists, and long-standing client relationships in Radom. Cooperation with more than 70 IT partners gives system users access to local specialists across various parts of Poland.

Solutions from this Radom-based producer are used both by companies from the region – including Impero, Stalko, Ceramika Prymus, Perfopol, Gabec, and HydroTruck – and by nationwide brands, among them SANTE, DINO, ANIRO, and Wydawnictwo Jedność. This shows that companies growing out of a local market are capable of competing effectively on a nationwide scale.

Direction: artificial intelligence

The anniversary is, for the company, not only a summary but also a way of setting direction for the years ahead. The most important of these is the use of artificial intelligence in business – process automation, intelligent data analysis, and new ways of supporting managerial decisions.

“For 35 years we have watched how entrepreneurs’ needs have changed and how technology has influenced the way business is conducted. What we value most is the trust of clients who, over the years, have grown their companies together with us. We see this year’s anniversary not only as a summary, but above all as motivation to keep creating solutions that respond to the challenges of the future,” says Barbara Pająk, Key Account Director at Humansoft.

The history of this Radom-based company is an example of consistently building value based on expertise, a local team, and a partnership-oriented approach to clients – and confirmation of Radom’s potential as a place for the development of the modern technology sector.
