Do you have a company in Radom and want to develop your team’s competencies? Now is the best time to take the next step. The Radom Municipal Labour Office announces a call for applications for funding from the National Training Fund – with over 2.2 million PLN available in the pool.

Who can benefit?
The program is open not only to employers hiring staff on employment contracts. A novelty is the possibility for self-employed individuals (sole proprietorships) to apply. Support is also available to entrepreneurs working under civil-law contracts, as well as social enterprises and social cooperatives.

What can you get funding for?
The KFS priorities for 2026 respond to real market needs. Support includes, among others:

  • development of digital, AI, and green skills,
  • training in shortage occupations,
  • development of staff aged 50+,
  • support for new employees and people returning to the labour market,
  • improving the quality of management and communication in companies.

Time matters – call open only until the end of April
Applications can be submitted from April 16 to April 30, 2026 (until 23:59) exclusively online via the praca.gov.pl portal.

To increase your chances, it is worth attending the information meetings (April 8 and 15). This is an excellent opportunity to clear up doubts and prepare a strong application.
