On June 20, 2024, BI Park was officially opened in Radom. The investment with an area of approximately 15,000 m2, implemented by a developer from Radom, already has its first tenant. InPost Group - a leader among e-commerce delivery platforms in Europe, opened a new branch in Radom, renting the space of one of the halls. The park is located in the northern part of the city on the provincial road 735, a short distance from the S7 expressway. The investor plans to build a third hall with an area of approximately 30,000 m². It is worth emphasizing that the implementation of the investment assumed obtaining a BREEAM certificate, which significantly strengthens the advantages of BI Park.
Since 2018, the city has carried out a number of infrastructure investments that have enabled the development of an almost 40-hectare area in Wincentów, which has been appreciated by other entrepreneurs planning to invest in Wincentów.
