The webinar of the Education Center for Market Participants – CEDUR “Rights of corporate clients when concluding transactions on hedging derivatives in the light of legal provisions” will be held on September 25, 2024 (10:00-13:00).
Who is addressed? The CEDUR webinar is addressed to owners, presidents and board members, as well as employees of financial departments – small and medium-sized enterprises whose activities involve the need to conclude transactions on derivative instruments to hedge the risks they incur (e.g. currency, interest rate, commodity prices).
What is the purpose? The aim of the webinar is to provide practical knowledge regarding the rights of corporate clients (entrepreneurs) in connection with concluding transactions with banks on derivative instruments, in particular those hedging exchange rate risk (FX Forward, FX Swap, currency options) and interest rate risk (IRS, CAP/FLOOR option).
