The pilot project involves 31 women who, working under the guidance of professional business coaches and participating in training, workshops or study visits, have the opportunity to improve their competencies useful in running a business.
As Katarzyna Kalinowska, the vice-president informed, the project is addressed to women who have business plans and aspirations, but need help to to realize their intentions.
- Currently, the project project is in its final stages, but we have already held talks with representatives of the embassy and there is a great chance that this very valuable initiative will be continued in our city next year - emphasized Katarzyna Kalinowska, deputy mayor of Radom.
Radom is the first city in Poland to implement the project "AWE - Academy of Academy for Entrepreneurial Women". The participating women represent various sectors, such as: beauty, interior design, media media production, education, artistic sector and several others. The finale of is scheduled for November 23. Authors of the most interesting business plans will receive financial grants.

Program The program supports female entrepreneurs around the world, in this case residents of Radom and towns located up to 50 km from the city and is centered around a remote training program called "DreamBuilder". It consists of 13 modules of online trainings, during which women learn, among others, how to prepare a strategy and a business model, raising funds and reaching out to new customers, e-marketing, among others.
