The project entitled. "Competence for business service centers" implemented by UTH Radom was awarded a distinction

E-learning courses placed on NAVOICA educational platform are the effect of work and award for three-person team of University of Technology and Humanities in Radom (UTH). The courses have been developed under the project Competencies for business service centers" of the Operational Program Knowledge Education and Development (POWER) by the National Center for Research and Development.

The project of the National Centre for Research and Development aims at improving competencies valued by employers in modern business service centers using techniques and methods of management and logistics and ICT tools - thanks to participation in e-learning courses.

E-learning courses, is teaching and training using information technology using personal computers, smartphones, tablets, without the need to be physically present in a classroom.

It is worth noting that for young people, e-learning courses are an increasingly attractive form of acquiring knowledge, allowing to meet the need for accessibility - the ability to learn at any place and time, using mobile devices.

The result of the work of the three-person team representing the Radom University are e-learning courses placed on the NAVOICA educational platform. The value of the project implemented by UTH in the period 02.09.2019. - 30.11.2021 is 432,591.25 PLN and the value of the received funding is 419,613.10 PLN.

"Logistics Service in Business Centers" is the title of the course authored by Dr. Renata Krajewska. The course will allow participants to gain the skills necessary to work in relationship-based service companies, where knowledge of logistics processes and mechanisms of the e-economy will be essential.

Dr Renata Krajewska is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Transport, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of the University of Technology in Radom. In her scientific work she deals with issues related to strategic and marketing management of TSL and tourist enterprises, as well as logistics management including supply chain design.

"Design Thinking as a concept to stimulate innovation" is the title of the course by Ewa Ferensztajn - Galardos, PhD. The course will allow participants to gain knowledge on methods of creating and implementing innovative solutions such as new products, innovative technologies, services, strategies, educational programs, business models.

Dr Ewa Ferensztajn- Galardos - assistant professor at the Faculty of Transport and Electrical Engineering, University of Technology in Radom. Her scientific interests focus on the issues of sustainable development, taking into account economic efficiency, ecological rationality and social legitimacy; the issues of organizing and financing in relation to the essence of the activity-based budgeting as a reorientation from spending to management and entrepreneurship in the context of support instruments.  

"Professional Management in Business Service Centers" is the title of a course authored by Dr. Pawel Swital. The course will allow participants to gain knowledge and skills in management, law and the use of information systems necessary to work in a Business Service Center on management and managerial positions.
