Eligible entities are non-governmental organizations (e.g. foundations, associations) and other entities conducting public benefit activity, e.g. church legal persons, sports clubs. Support is granted in case of decrease in income from statutory activity as a result of COVID-19 by at least 30%.
The support is granted for the period of up to 3 months and its value depends on the value of decrease in income from statutory activity, understood as a ratio of total income from statutory activity within any 2 consecutive months, counted not earlier than from 1 January 2020.
If statutory income decreases by:
- at least 30% - support may be granted in the amount not exceeding the sum of 50% of salaries of individual employees covered by the application for co-financing together with social insurance contributions due from these salaries, but not more than 50% of the amount of minimum remuneration increased by social insurance contributions from the employer with regard to each employee;
- at least 50% - support may be granted in the amount not exceeding the sum of 70% of remuneration of individual employees included in the application for co-financing together with social insurance contributions due from these remunerations, but not more than 70% of the amount of minimum remuneration increased by social insurance contributions from the employer with regard to each employee;
- at least 80% - support may be granted in the amount not exceeding the amount constituting the sum of 90% of salaries of individual employees covered by the application for co-financing together with social insurance contributions due from these salaries, but not more than 90% of the amount of minimum remuneration, increased by social insurance contributions from the employer, with regard to each employee.
