Third call for PARP project - Early Warning System Early Warning System. Entrepreneurs have time to submit applications until February 15, 2022, by 12 p.m.The project is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises operating on the functioning on the market for at least a year and concerns training, advisory and mentoring. The maximum amount of funding that an entrepreneur can count on entrepreneur can count on is 18.500 PLN.

The aim of the project is to implement an early warning system for entrepreneurs who experience periodic difficulties in conducting business. Through participation in the project, companies receive support at early stages of problems, when they can still be solved through non-financial tools non-financial tools, i.e. training, advisory support and mentoring.

Who can receive funding?

Funding may be received by companies that have experienced:

  • a decline in sales of goods or services in the 6 months prior to the date of application for the project, excluding seasonal changes resulting directly from the characteristics of industry (gardening, construction, etc.);
  • significant personnel changes affecting significant changes in personnel affecting business operations (e.g. outflow of key personnel personnel) in the period of at least 2 last months before the day of application to the project;
  • changes independent of the entrepreneur significant legal or technological changes in the industry industry (such as, for example, digitization of the industry), forcing the need to changes in the organization of the company or its re-branding;

  •  the conducted self-diagnosis will show that the entrepreneur meets the definition of an entrepreneur in periodic difficulties.

In addition formal criteria must be met:

  • the company's seat in Poland,
  • Specified size enterprise: small or medium size (Call III starting on December 8 2021 and ending on 15 February 2022 is addressed solely to small and medium-sized enterprises), the medium-sized enterprises),
  • registered business activity a minimum of 12 months prior to the start date of the call.

What can the grant be used for?

Maximum amount of support is PLN 18,500 net, which an entrepreneur can spend on selected development services: trainings, counselling or mentoring. Additionally, PARP will cover the cost of carrying out a diagnosis of the enterprise's condition of the enterprise.

The Early Warning System project The Early Warning System Project has a nationwide scope. Recruitment takes place by into macro-regions by means of an application form application form and recruitment questionnaire.
