Joint workshop for career counselors

As part of the implementation of the project promoting vocational education "My profession - my future", the Radom Economic Zone Service Office of the Radom City Hall, together with Radom companies: KPS Food and TREND GLASS on January 23, 2020 organized the first of a series of workshops for career counselors entitled: "Recruitment - Introduction". The event aimed to familiarize counselors with the production processes in companies and the latest tools and principles used in the recruitment process. The workshop was attended by 26 guidance counselors from 18 elementary schools and 8 high schools in Radom. 

First, the workshop participants visited the KPS Food company, where they were welcomed by the president of the company, Mr. Janusz Krzyżanowski, and then visited the company's production park.

The workshop part took place in the seat of TREND GLASS company, where the speakers: Ms Izabela Mikulska - Pysiak - senior branch manager (Randstad Polska) and Mr Michał Kaleta - operations director (Trend Glass) presented in an interesting way the current labour market and how it will look in the future and depicted a 2020+ job candidate. Ms Anna Abramowicz from Durr discussed in detail what elements a professional CV should contain and Ms Jolanta Pilecka from PMP presented a wide range of tools for effective job search. 

The host and coordinator of the workshop was Mr. Michal Kaleta - COO at TREND GLASS, who after the networking part organized a tour of the company for all workshop participants.
