Weapons Factory "Łucznik" – Radom sp. z o.o. started the construction of a new production hall, which is intended to adapt the plant to the new challenges of the arms market. The Entrepreneurship and Investor Service Office supported Fabryka Broni "Łucznik" - Radom sp. z o. o. at the stage of processing decisions and permits regarding the commencement of the investment.
On Wednesday, November 20, 2024, the ceremonial opening of the new investment took place with the participation of the Company's Management Board and invited guests, including: Katarzyna Kalinowska - First Deputy Mayor of Radom, Col. Zbigniew Paszkiewicz - Head of the 3rd District Military Representative Office
in Radom and Tomasz Nita - Member of the Supervisory Board of Fabryka Broni.
The new hall with a usable area of 3,150 m² will be equipped with modern machines and devices, and its cost is estimated at PLN 25 million. Completion of construction works and launch of the new production hall are planned for the end of 2025.
The expansion of the Weapons Factory in Radom is not only an opportunity to increase the production capacity and production capacity of the plant, it is also an important element for the development of Radom. This investment has a chance to influence the development of the local economy, including increasing revenues to the city budget and creating new, well-paid jobs.
Fabryka Broni "Łucznik" also invests in the development of young people, actively engaging in a dual training program, which is based on cooperation with local vocational schools and technical universities. Thanks to the investment in modern production facilities, young people from Radom and the surrounding area will also benefit, as they will have the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience in a factory with high quality standards.
