The Business Centre Club Radom organized a meeting dedicated to key legal changes. On November 26, 2025, the BCC Radom Lodge held a meeting dedicated to the National System of Electronic Invoices (KSeF) at the Hilton Garden Inn. The event partnered with the Municipality of Radom. The meeting brought together local entrepreneurs interested in the upcoming changes, which focused on labor law and the implementation of the National System of Electronic Invoices (KSeF).
KSeF – key information for companies
The presentation by representatives from the First Tax Office in Radom attracted great interest, and participants had the opportunity to learn about the practical aspects of implementing the National e-Invoice System. The most important deadlines were emphasized, as well as the necessity of properly preparing company financial processes and IT systems to ensure a smooth transition to the new invoicing model.
KSeF is a revolutionary change in the way invoicing is issued in Poland. At the same time, it's changing the way accounting documents are archived. The system requires businesses to prepare an IT infrastructure. Furthermore, training for accounting staff is necessary. Therefore, Radom entrepreneurs received detailed information about the implementation stages. Furthermore, they learned about available support tools. Detailed information about KSeF can be found on the Ministry of Finance website.
Changes in labor law from 2026
Joanna Torbé-Jacko is the managing partner of the Joanna Torbé & Partners Law Firm. She also serves as a labor law expert for the Business Centre Club. Her specialization also includes the employment of foreigners and social security. During the meeting, she presented key changes to labor law, which will come into effect in 2026.
The new regulations will impact the daily operations of companies, including planned changes concerning civil law contracts and expanded inspection powers of the National Labour Inspectorate. Meeting participants received recommendations on how to prepare HR departments now for the upcoming legislative modifications.
The importance of dialogue between business and administration
The President of the BCC Employers' Association, Dr. Łukasz Bernatowicz, emphasized the importance of cooperation between the business community and public administration as well as the government, especially in challenging times. He stressed that during a period of intensive legal changes, dialogue and exchange of experiences between entrepreneurs and institutions responsible for creating and implementing regulations are extremely important
Business Centre Club Radom supports local businesses
The meeting demonstrated that Radom entrepreneurs are actively preparing for the upcoming changes and are eager to take advantage of consultation opportunities with experts. In the face of KSeF or labor law reforms – knowledge, dialogue and cooperation may prove to be the most valuable capital.
