The Industry Balance of Human Capital - IT sector ”, is the title of the webinar that will be held on November 23 at 10:00 - 13:00 is organized by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
The meeting will be another online activity presenting the latest research results
conducted as part of the Human Capital Balance and 17 industry research.
This time, the event is aimed at entrepreneurs, employees and organizations
entrepreneurs, representatives of schools, universities, training companies, public administration and experts and
industry analysts related to IT.
The webinar will be an opportunity to share the knowledge gained from the second round of the BKL Study
on current and future competency needs in the IT industry.
Experts and guests at the meeting will discuss issues related to: corporate strategy
concerning the recruitment of employees and the development of their competences; career plans
future staff of the IT sector as well as trends and competences of the future.
