Radom has once again been recognized as an attractive location for investments in the shared services market. In the latest report of Cushman & Wakefield on alternative locations for tenants, Radom is compared with such cities as: Bydgoszcz, Rzeszów, Kielce and Opole. Apart from large centers concentrating companies from BPO / SSC sector, such as: Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Lodz, so called alternative markets enjoy a growing interest among investors. They often have much more to offer than competition in the form of large, oversaturated and expensive business centers. Among the many advantages are: location and communication, availability of office space and staff, low employee turnover, costs of doing business, local taxes, and support from the city and business-related institutions. These features, with emphasis on the cost of doing business in times of economic downturn, may prove to be decisive in the decision to relocate from expensive centers or to start a completely new investment
