Radom supports investors – new property tax exemption from 2026

As of January 1, 2026, Radom will offer property tax exemptions for newly constructed buildings and structures
with a net value exceeding PLN 3 million. This is a form of de minimis aid intended to encourage businesses to invest in our city.

The City Council's new resolution is part of a broader city strategy aimed at supporting economic development, attracting investors, and creating new jobs. Thanks to this, Radom is consistently strengthening its position as a friendly and competitive place to do business.

The property tax exemption is a clear signal that Radom prioritizes development, innovation, and partnerships with businesses. The city consistently creates favorable investment conditions and strengthens the region's economic potential.

Details on how to obtain the exemption are included in the Resolution No. XXIII/313/2025 of the RADOM CITY COUNCIL of 27 October 2025..
