Radom entrepreneurs interested in receiving students

Despite the economic downturn and restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, Radom companies are not discontinuing their operations and are interested in continuing the dual education program.

Dual education is a project that was created in 2016 at the initiative of Radom metalworking companies, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Radom Area and the Department of Education of the Radom City Hall.

As part of this project, the school's practical classes are held at workplaces.

Preparations for the new 2020/2021 school year are currently underway, taking into account the binding sanitary regime rules.

Entrepreneurs involved in this project emphasize the advantages of this model of vocational education, which allows to provide the right competences to students in a modern working environment and is beneficial for both sides: students and employers.

It is an excellent form of preparing a future employee for a profession, making it very popular with students, schools and potential employers alike."

So far, hundreds of students from Radom technical schools have benefited from the dual training program, and they take part in practical classes at several companies in the city.
