Business Centre Club Meeting – Radom Entrepreneurs Facing New Regulations in 2026

On Wednesday, November 26, 2025, a meeting of the Radom Lodge of the Business Centre Club took place at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel, with the participation of the City of Radom Municipality as a partner. The event brought together local entrepreneurs interested in upcoming changes to labor law and the implementation rules of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF), which will come into effect in 2026.

The presentation by representatives from the First Tax Office in Radom attracted great interest, and participants had the opportunity to learn about the practical aspects of implementing the National e-Invoice System. The most important deadlines were emphasized, as well as the necessity of properly preparing company financial processes and IT systems to ensure a smooth transition to the new invoicing model.

Joanna Torbé-Jacko, managing partner at the Law Firm Joanna Torbé & Partners, Business Centre Club expert on labor law, employment of foreigners and social security, presented key changes in labor law that will come into effect in 2026.

The new regulations will impact the daily operations of companies, including planned changes concerning civil law contracts and expanded inspection powers of the National Labour Inspectorate. Meeting participants received recommendations on how to prepare HR departments now for the upcoming legislative modifications.

The President of the BCC Employers' Association, Dr. Łukasz Bernatowicz, emphasized the importance of cooperation between the business community and public administration as well as the government, especially in challenging times. He stressed that during a period of intensive legal changes, dialogue and exchange of experiences between entrepreneurs and institutions responsible for creating and implementing regulations are extremely important.

The meeting demonstrated that Radom entrepreneurs are actively preparing for the upcoming changes and are eager to take advantage of consultation opportunities with experts. In the face of KSeF or labor law reforms – knowledge, dialogue and cooperation may prove to be the most valuable capital.
