In Radom, 3 Industry Skills Center will be established in the Technical School Complex, which will be focused on educating specialists in the dynamically developing field of renewable energy.
In response to the growing demand for highly qualified specialists in the renewable energy industry, the city of Radom will implement an innovative educational project aimed at educating future specialists in this dynamically developing sector.
The funding of PLN 11 million obtained by the city of Radom from the National Reconstruction Plan constitutes a strong basis for the implementation of this project, which assumes adapting the existing school infrastructure to the needs of BCU and conducting training and courses for 200 people. The facility will be able to start operating fully in the next school year.
There are already two Industry Skills Centers in our city. The first one was established in the Construction School Complex and educates specialists
in the field of finishing works, another one operates in CKZiU at ul. Kościuszko and educates specialists in the field of industrial automation. Operating BCUs are an excellent response to the challenges of the modern labor market, enabling compatible education of employees
with real market needs.
