Industry Skills Center No. 3 has been launched in Radom

Industry Skills Center No. 3 has opened at the Technical School Complex in Radom . The center will train specialists in renewable energy sources, primarily solar energy. This is an important step for the local job market
and the development of education in the renewable energy sector.

Industry Skills Center No. 3 was established in response to the challenges of sustainable development and energy transition. As demand for qualified specialists in the renewable energy sector grows, the center addresses these needs
in a systemic and long-term manner.

Investment financing and support from KPO

The project received funding under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The funding amounted to PLN 11,871,806.84. This funding enabled the creation of modern teaching infrastructure for the Industry Skills Center No. 3 in Radom. Furthermore, the funds enabled the provision of specialized equipment for laboratories used in the green energy sector.

Modern workshops and practical vocational training

Industry Skills Center No. 3 has specialized labs and modern equipment that allow for classes to be conducted in realistic conditions. This allows students, teachers, and adults seeking to improve their qualifications to acquire not only a solid theoretical foundation but, above all, practical skills valued by employers.

The main goal of the center is to prepare qualified professionals who will meet market needs resulting from
the energy transition and the development of the renewable energy sector.

By the end of June 2026, BCU plans to train 200 participants, including 60 youth, 120 adults, and 20 vocational education teachers. This is an ambitious yet realistic plan. At the same time, the project is long-term and supports the development of vocational education
in the renewable energy sector in Radom. Therefore, its effects will be visible not only in education but also in the region's economy.

First training in the field of photovoltaics

On February 14-15, 2026, the first training sessions for students and teachers of vocational education took place at BCU No. 3. Participants learned about key issues related to renewable energy sources, with a particular emphasis on photovoltaic technologies. The program included both theoretical components and intensive practical sessions. During the workshops, participants learned about the principles of photovoltaic installation, selecting appropriate systems, and modern technological solutions used in education and the energy industry.

Strengthening the investment potential of Radom

The launch of Industry Skills Center No. 3 is an investment in education. It is also a strategic step for the city's economic development. Developing skills in the renewable energy sector increases Radom's investment attractiveness and creates a human resource base for companies
in the renewable energy sector.

The photovoltaic industry is developing dynamically. As environmental awareness and the importance of energy independence grow, the demand for specialists will steadily increase. Therefore, Radom is investing in modern education in the area of green energy transformation at the Radom Industry Skills Center No. 3. As a result, the city is building a solid foundation for further technological, industrial, and investment development.
