Radom supports all initiatives and real activities related to the development of the local economy, and in particular the development of industry.
The Entrepreneurship and Investor Service Office has been established at the City Hall for the benefit of entrepreneurs. Our main task is to monitor business operating conditions in Radom and respond to the needs reported by companies operating in the city and investors.
The incentive to invest in Radom is provided by the city's prepared and implemented business support programs, the main pillar of which are, among others, exemptions from property taxes. In addition, the city has a Radom subzone of the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone, where entrepreneurs can take advantage of assistance for investment outlays or the creation and maintenance of new jobs.
Entrepreneurship and Investor Support Office
One of the city authorities' actions aimed at attracting entrepreneurs is presenting the offer of land for development. In addition to comprehensive preparation of plots for investment, Radom supports all activities related to the development of the local economy, particularly the industrial sector. Our office, together with local government institutions and the Radom Sub-zone of TSSE, pays special attention to business operating conditions and responds to the needs reported by current and potential investors.
Additional industrial and production activity is fostered by the increasingly rapid development of a network of enterprises providing business services, outsourcing services, and financial services. Radom offers a wide range of office and conference spaces, as well as training facilities.
The city also directs its offer to the broadly defined IT sector. IT companies can take advantage of the city's assets by offering computerization of new business initiatives, information exchange processes, and telecommunications services.
The proximity of scientific centers, R&D facilities, and numerous educational institutions, along with a long-standing tradition and work ethic, create Radom's workforce base, where industrial, processing, telecommunications, precision manufacturing, and research and development initiatives are particularly welcomed.
The industrial investment land market in Radom continues to develop and remains highly receptive. Economic initiatives of municipalities and counties respond to reported demand for investment space. Against this backdrop, Radom's offer is exceptionally attractive for entrepreneurs interested in starting operations in sectors historically associated with the city, as well as in new areas of the economy.
The environment surrounding planned investments is characterized by a strong workforce potential and a decisive focus on precision manufacturing industries. Additionally, the rich scientific and research infrastructure guarantees access to innovative solutions and the most current technical expertise.
