Panattoni Park Radom on the S7 under construction. The investment will eventually occupy more than 44,000 sqm.

Panattoni, Europe's leader in industrial real estate, is opening another market for modern warehouse space. This time the developer has chosen Radom, the largest center in Mazovia after Warsaw. The Panattoni Park Radom distribution center, with a target area of 44,200 sqm, is being built less than 10 minutes from the S7 road and 10 km from the Warsaw-Radom airport. The first two buildings, with a total area of 13,500 sqm, will be completed at the turn of 2022/2023 and already have tenants from the logistics and food industries. The park's location in the Wincentow district will make full use of Radom's human resources potential.

The alternative to Warsaw is gaining momentum. Panattoni, which has already delivered 1.6 million sq. m. in the Mazovian region, is driving the development of the region's second largest city, Radom. The developer has begun construction of the first Class A warehouse complex in this market. Panattoni Park Radom will be built 10 km from the Warsaw-Radom airport and will cover a total of 44,200 sqm. The developer recognizes the huge potential of this location, which provides excellent access to an employee - with a population of more than 200,000 and low employee turnover. Radom is home to some 25,000 businesses, and the city has become, among other things, a key center for the development of the metal industry in the country. In addition, the region's openness to modern industrial space and strategic location at the intersection of important European road routes, increases its attractiveness for logistics, manufacturing, or the e-commerce sector. The lower cost of doing business compared to major warehouse markets, with a favorable location, is also a huge advantage. says Katarzyna Osinsk Development Director z Panattoni.

The developer will deliver the first two halls of Panattoni Park Radom in late 2022 and early 2023, which will occupy a total of 13,500 sqm, of which 8,500 sqm has already been leased by representatives of the logistics and food industries. The third hall, with an area of 30,690 sqm, will be built next year. The facilities will be used by local companies, which will increase their potential by betting on A-class space, as well as nationwide or international companies, conducting logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce processes and relying on traditional warehousing.

Panattoni Park Radom will be developed within the city limits, in the Wincentow district, and will take full advantage of the location's potential. Its location next to the provincial road 735 will allow for instant access to the S7 expressway and reaching Warsaw in less than 1.5 hours. In addition, it will connect Radom with the south of Poland (including Krakow), as well as the north (Gdansk). Its location in the eastern part of the country additionally raises the possibility of serving emerging markets like Lublin. Thanks to numerous environmental and wellbeing solutions, the park will achieve BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, well ahead of current building standards.

Potential discovered earlier. Panattoni once again confirms Radom's potential. In 2021, the developer completed a 12,820-square-meter BTS facility for US-based AZZ Specialty Welding Europe - a global provider of plating and metal plating solutions with various coatings, welding services, specialized electronic equipment and highly advanced engineering services for the maintenance and construction of critical infrastructure.
