Almost 400 applications for support in connection with the crisis caused by the epidemic have already been submitted by the Radomsko entrepreneurs to the City Hall and city companies. Most of them, over 240, concern reliefs from property tax and transportation means tax.
There were also more than 70 applications for rent reductions for the lease of premises or land belonging to the municipality. Such reductions are offered not only by the Municipal Housing Management, but also by RTBS Administrator and MOSiR. Entrepreneurs also use the offer of Municipal Waterworks and Radkom, that is the possibility of deferment of payment for water and suspension of services and payments for waste collection.

Wpływają na przykład wnioski o umorzenie bieżących rat podatku od nieruchomości. Tymczasem przepisy ordynacji podatkowej mówią jednoznacznie, że umorzyć można wyłącznie zaległości podatkowe. Płatność zobowiązań bieżących można natomiast odroczyć lub rozłożyć na raty – tłumaczy wiceprezydent Katarzyna Kalinowska.
