Kazimierz Pulaski University of Technology and Humanities in Radom as a part of the project entitled: "The role of the University of Technology and Humanities:
"COMPETENCE FOR BUSINESS SERVICE CENTERS"
No. POWR.03.01.00-00-W047/18 co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund on 01.10.2020 launched e-learning courses on NAVOICA educational platform. The project includes three courses in the field of:
- "PROFFESIONAL MANAGEMENT" IN BUSINESS SERVICE CENTERS - Increasing students' knowledge, skills and competences in increasing effectiveness and professionalism of management in business service centers with the use of management techniques and methods and ICT tools, taking into account the legal regulations governing the issues and using the acquired skills in professional practice. The author of the course is dr Paweł Śwital from the Faculty of Law and Administration of UTH Rad.
- LOGISTICS SERVICE IN BUSINESS CENTERS - Increasing knowledge, skills and competences in the principles of process approach to customer service as a logical combination of logistic, sales and direct customer service processes. The author of the course is Dr Renata Krajewska from the Faculty of Transport, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at UTH Rad.
- DESIGN THINKING AS A CONCEPT FOR STIMULATING INNOVATION - Increasing knowledge, skills and competences in applying the method consisting in creating and implementing innovative solutions in the form of new products, innovative technologies, services, strategies, processes, educational and business programmes. The author of the course is Dr Ewa Ferensztajn-Galardos from the Faculty of Transport, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at UTH Rad.
The first The first edition of the courses, which lasts until 4 January 2021, enjoyed great The first edition of the courses, which lasts until 4 January 2021, enjoyed great interest, not only from students of UTH Radom, but also people from outside the university. Almost 400 people took part in it.
Recruitment for Second edition of the courses e-learning courses will be launched on 15 February 2021 and will last until April 9, 2021.
All applicants are welcome to participate in the courses.
