The Municipal Infrastructure Management Board has announced subsequent tenders for the rental of rooms in the Descurów tenement house. One of them concerns a room of over 127 square meters intended for a café. The rules and regulations also allow other types of activity, such as museum store, art gallery of local artists, store with regional products, as well as production or services in the field of visual arts, publishing, film, television, radio and music production, fashion and design, advertising and services referring to craft traditions, including disappearing professions.
The Municipal Premises Management also offers for rent two premises with an area of 83 and 22 square meters, intended for retail and service activities, as well as seven office cubicles located in the attic of the building and intended for single-person business activities.
