NOTES: in accordance with the Act of March 31, 2020 on amending the Act on special solutions related to preventing, counteracting and combating COVID-19, other infectious diseases and crisis situations caused by them and some other acts (Dz.U.2020 pos.568) extended until June 30, 2020becomes the deadline for payment of fees for perpetual usufruct and for transformation of the right of perpetual usufruct into ownership of real property.
