Succession in family businesses - an offer for entrepreneurs is the name of an assistance program from which family businesses can benefit. The program is 90% financed by EU funds.
Who can receive funding?
The subsidy is available for micro, small and medium enterprises, namely for enterprises run on the basis of personal work of at least two family members, where at least one of them has significant influence on the enterprise management; where family members hold joint majority shares. A family member is understood as: descendants, ascendants, siblings, children of siblings, spouse, partner, affinities, adoptees or adopters.
The required own contribution from the project participant is minimum 10%
What can funds received under the program be used for?
Funds may be used to support advisors who will diagnose the company's situation, identify potential opportunities and threats, assist in designing the succession in legal, financial and organizational terms.
Applications within the framework of the competition "Succession in family companies - an offer for entrepreneurs" are conducted in division into macroregions by operators selected by PARP.
