Only until August 31, 2021 micro and small entrepreneurs can apply for a grant of up to 5000 PLN to cover the current costs of business operation, such as Social Security, rent, utilities, lease installments or to purchase equipment or additional equipment necessary to work in the newly established conditions.
The basic condition to receive assistance is that you are in business on March 31, 2021 and on the date of application. You must also declare that the income received in the month preceding the month of application was at least 40% lower than the income received in the previous month or in the corresponding month of the previous year or in February 2020 or in September 2020. In addition, the main PAC must be among the 65 PACs listed in the Cabinet Regulation of April 16, 2021, amending the regulation on support for business participants affected by the COVID-19 pandemic (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 713).
