University of Technology and Humanities launches e-learning courses

Kazimierz Pulaski University of Technology and Humanities in Radom within the project "Competencies for business service centers" number POWR.03.01.00-00-W047/18 co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund launched e-learning courses on NAVOICA educational platform.

The project includes three courses in:

  1. "Proffesional management" in business service centers - improving students' knowledge, skills and competencies to increase effectiveness
    and professionalism of management in business service centers using techniques
    and management methods and ICT tools, taking into account the legal regulations governing the issues and using the acquired skills
    in professional practice.
  2. Logistics service in business centers - improving knowledge, skills
    and competence in the principles of a process approach to customer service as a logical combination of logistical, sales and direct customer processes

Recruitment of participants is conducted from 25.09.2020 to 18.12.2020.

Participation in the e-learning courses is free and will allow you to improve skills and competencies desired by employers in modern business service centers (BPO, SSC, ITO).
