RODO information clause for NEWSLETTER recipients

RODO - information for recipients of the NEWSLETTER of Radom Economic Zone

In connection with the entry into force on 25.05.2018 of the General Data Protection Regulation (RODO), fulfilling our duty of information, we provide you with the principles on which we process your personal data (email addresses) for sending the NEWSLETTER. We received your e-mail address directly from you when you gave your consent to the sending of the NEWSLETTER. If you still want to receive from us an overview of events and information of the Radom Economic Zone, you do not have to do anything. The consent is valid and the data (email addresses) will continue to be processed for the current purpose. However, RODO has changed the scope of information to be provided to those whose data are processed. In accordance with Article 13 (1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, we inform you that: 1. the Administrator of your personal data is the Mayor of the City of Radom, based in the Municipal Office of Radom, 30 Kilińskiego Street. 2. a Data Protection Inspector has been appointed. You can contact him in any matter concerning the processing of your personal data. Contact with the Data Protection Inspector  iod.kontakt@umradom.pl(3) The data is processed solely for the purpose of sending, in the form of a NEWSLETTER, an overview of events and information of the Radom Economic Zone posted on the website www.investinradom.pl4. The basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (RODO), i.e. on the basis of the consent you gave when you confirmed the sending of the NEWSLETTER. 5. the data (email addresses) are processed until the consent is revoked. 6th Consent can be revoked at any time. To withdraw your consent to send the NEWSLETTER, you must unsubscribe using the button "I resign from the servicelocated at www.inwestinradom.pl under NEWSLETTERTo remove the subscription you need to click on the link contained in the sent e-mail. 7th Data (e-mail addresses) will not be shared with other entities, but may be disclosed to appropriate authorities, authorized under applicable law, such as the police or prosecutor's office. 8th The collected data (e-mail addresses) will not be used in any way for other purposes. 9th Giving personal data is voluntary, but not giving them will result in the impossibility of receiving the NEWSLETTER review of events and information of Radom Economic Zone. (10) A person who agrees to the processing of personal data has the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time, but without affecting the legality of processing, which was done on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. (11) A person who consents to the processing of personal data also has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
