The Municipal Infrastructure Management Board has announced subsequent tenders for the rental of rooms in the Descurów tenement house. One of them concerns a room of over 127 square meters intended for a café. The rules and regulations also allow other types of activity, such as museum store, art gallery of local artists, store with regional products, as well as production or services in the field of visual arts, publishing, film, television, radio and music production, fashion and design, advertising and services referring to craft traditions, including disappearing professions.
